Strength

Strength is within all of us if we choose to use it.

It’s easier not to be strong sometimes and let other people do that job for you – and many are happy to ‘lean on’ or be ‘leant on’ but the benefits of being disciplined enough to develop strength are vast.

Cultivating strength brings self worth and self esteem, it brings confidence and security.

Life’s challenges are defining moments where we get to find out the stuff we are made of, to grow, to expand.

If we fail and we judge ourselves to be not strong enough we will get another opportunity to regroup and have another chance to learn that particular lesson. Being tenacious and having another attempt to ‘do better this time’ is true strength, whether you achieve the goal is not a measure of strength but your attitude and indomitable spirit to try again is a true measure of strength.

Will power and strength are intimately linked and when the two are focused to the same end it ignites a fire and passion deep within that burns through fears and limitations.
