My wellbeing retreat days are basically ‘mini-retreats’ and are perfect for beginners or people who are short on time. They also make perfect gifts for friends and family. I offer wellbeing retreat days at both the Lincolnshire and Nottingham venue. Read below for further information and booking.

TASTER DAY ITINERARY

9:30am – Arrival refreshments

9:50am – 10:20am –  Retreat Intro and 1st Wellbeing/Lifestyle Talk on Nutrition

10:30am – 12:00pm – Yoga and Relaxation Session 

12:00pm  – Superfood Lunch

1:00pm  – 2nd Wellbeing/Lifestyle Talk

1:30pm  – Complementary Treatment and Empowerment Workshop and/or use of the facilities for relaxation time.

4:30pm – Power Smoothie and 3rd Wellbeing/Lifestyle Talk

5:00pm – Visualisation/Meditation

5:30pm – Finish

Meals, talks and Yoga will be done outside weather permitting.
