YOGA FOR WELLBEING

Yoga sessions along with Nutrition are a key aspect of the Retreats and for the process of self-discovery, empowerment and transformation.

As human being’s we are designed to move, our physicality needs movement to aid with bodily functions and keep. Our physical bodies are often a reflection of our mental and emotional flexibility.

Yoga means – to yoke or Unify or wheel. To unify ourselves…to know thyself….  to unify our connection to all of life, to let go of inner struggle….and find inner peace.

(side effects are that it makes you very strong and stretchy too!)
