YOU CAN BE FIT AT 50

Ageing, can be a joyful process, a relief….that wonderful combination of having the wisdom of your years of experience and the confidence to be yourself….I’m well into my fifties and I’ve never felt fitter or more empowered than I do now….. we all want to feel good, look our best and have lots of energy so we can do what we WANT to do.

Can we effect the rate we age? Can we have any control over the one of the greatest fears that people have?

I believe we can, I believe the principles of ageing are the same as those for creating excellent health – we change and develop every seven years, different things become important to us, we have different challenges….with those increasing years there are things that we can do to help our bodies through those transitions, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually

The sooner you start to lay the foundations for this inevitable journey the better, it’s not just one magic cream, potion or bullet, it’s a combination of practises that make up the Philosophers stone!

The Retreat format for the over 50’s will be very similar to the other Retreats but there will be relevant changes made throughout the yoga, talks, activities and workshop content.
