NUTRITION IS A PRIMARY FOCUS ON OUR RETREATS

You are what you eat is an undeniable fact….the new cells of our bodies are made of the elements of the food that we eat.

Every meal we eat brings a certain energy – a frequency to our bodies, we are directly affecting our health and wellbeing, not just physically but mentally and emotionally every time we ingest something. 

Food is medicine to our bodies, not just fuel – trillions of our cells are dying every day in our bodies, we need to make sure we have the materials and the ‘tool bag’ to rebuild well!

Vibrantly colourful organic, vine ripened, fruit, vegetables and berries are full of positive energy, the all too commonly seen ‘beige’ plate of food is generally devoid of nutrition and toxic.

RETREAT MEALS

Meals will be organic, vegetarian and predominantly raw. They are gluten free and Dairy free.

If that sounds dull, don’t worry, they will also be delicious and plentiful!

Those wanting to lose weight or gain weight will be given guidelines but no one will be hungry. 

The purpose is to nurture the body and allow it to detox over the few days. Supplements will be provided to make sure all the vital nutrients are plentiful…. and to support the liver for detoxification.
