So far in my blogs I haven’t talked about the immense value of fruits, vegetables and berries in our diet… this one is coming soon! It is certainly no secret that this food group is vital. Go into a doctor’s surgery and pick up a leaflet on prevention and they all say…increase your consumption of fruit and vegetables. Also at the other end of the expectation scale, i.e. for those fit folk who not only want good health but want optimum performance – top sports people round the world know their intake of nature’s finest is paramount.
